We work hard to keep the guide useful, but listings, opening timings, prices and the live third-party data we display — weather, news headlines, photographs and maps — may be out of date, incomplete or inaccurate. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Always verify critical details — such as temple timings or hotel prices — directly with the relevant business or authority before relying on them.
5. Third-party links and listings
The site links to external websites and lists businesses that we do not own, control or endorse beyond the act of curation. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, availability or practices, and their own terms and policies apply to your dealings with them.
6. Advertising and affiliate disclosure

7. Intellectual property
Our original text and ChennaiCentral branding are ours and may not be reused without permission. Much of the live and embedded material, however, belongs to others and remains under their licences:
- photographs are © their respective Wikimedia Commons contributors and used under Creative Commons (CC) licences;
- map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors;
- weather data is provided by Open-Meteo; and
- news headlines and links belong to their respective publishers.
Please respect those licences and attributions when you reuse any of that material.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChennaiCentral.com and Vikram Sound Studios are not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from your use of the site or from your reliance on its content, nor from any third-party websites, services, listings or bookings you reach through it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as the site evolves. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to the site or these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
